Jen McCarthy is a proud small-town Milk River girl who chased her dreams all the way to the "big city" of Lethbridge, where she launched her career in interior design at just 19. Quickly climbing the ranks, she became Operations Manager for the largest home builder in the area—all by 30. Ready for a new challenge, Jen took a leap and founded Teacup Tiny Homes, becoming one of the top 1.7% of female entrepreneurs to reach multi-seven-figure revenue.

Jen’s entrepreneurial spirit didn’t start or stop there. She’s created businesses, launched a successful mentorship program, and navigated more than her fair share of tough times—from burnout to economic struggles and the loss of her father in 2022. Through it all, Jen leaned into resilience, humor, and curiosity to keep growing and helping others thrive.

Now, stepping into her passion as a speaker and educator, she’s on a mission to help others rethink success, embrace wellness, and live authentically—without hustle or burnout. Her “midlife crisis era” (as she calls it) has led to new ventures in real estate and a deeper passion for health and wellness.
